Check-in

Registration will take place on the first day of the conference (Saturday, April 3) in the office of the organizing committee.

The conference fee is 2 500 RUR (approx. €60). We have a limited number of slots for a reduced fee of 1 000 RUR (approx. €25) for students traveling without financial support. If you wish to apply for a reduced fee please contact the organizers by March 22.

Additional 1 200 RUR (approx. €30) will be charged to cover the postage expenses from those who received a formal visa invitation via express mail from the organizing committee.

All payments will be accepted in cash in Russian roubles (RUR). Checks and credit cards will not be accepted.

Welcome Party

A welcome party will take place on Saturday, April 3 at 18:00 at the Taras Bulba restaurant (the place is subject to change). Those who wish to participate in the welcome party will be charged an admittance fee of 2 000 RUR (approx. €50) during registration.
